On "things", you definitely need a category for musical instruments.
And that's it. On guitars, drums, bass guitars, so we can say who used which Martin guitar on which song and so on. I'm sure you get my idea.
Thanks, Daniel. We actually do have musical instruments but in a limited capacity so far while we’re still ramping up our system for recognizing topics. They’re unfortunately not interlinked for browsing yet, but you can search for them and if we have found them in books they will show have quotes and do currently show up on book pages.
Here are a few examples:

Oh yes, absolutely, and thanks for the great point.
We have a lot of work to do on the 'things' front with catching more types of references without creating unintended inaccuracies (like knowing for a quote like "he played his Martin in the beginning of that song..." whether to map 'Martin' to the guitar vs. Steve Martin or the 90's TV show Martin, etc.). And once our contribution tools are available it will be invaluable having reader knowledge with cases like that.
Indirectly related to that, we should also have a "Other Instruments Mentioned in Books" section at the bottom of each musical instrument page soon as well to help with finding other ones outside of the book specific view.

Yes, I've seen them, Tony, but I meant precisely what you point: interlinking. If there's anything I can do, just let me know. It would be great to find -just to say- a related Martin guitar on a Bob Dylan book, or an album. See what I mean?
